Common questions
How quickly do you respond to an incident?
We record that in the maintenance agreement rather than promising it. Typical is a response within a few hours on working days, with tighter times for outages that stop operations. Without an agreement we work as capacity allows — and we say so.
Do you take over an existing, undocumented environment?
Yes, that is the normal case. The first step is an inventory: what runs where, who has access, what is out of date. After that both sides know what we are talking about — often that alone is worth the effort.
Where are the servers for hosting?
Preferably in Switzerland or the EU. Which location makes sense depends on your data and any industry requirements. We name the provider and location before anything goes live.
