Self-image
Why we exist.
Small and medium-sized companies rarely have their own IT department, yet face the same requirements as large ones: the web presence has to be right, data has to be secure, processes should not fail because of staff shortages — and AI is already being discussed at management level.
What is usually missing is not technology but someone who sees the whole picture and stands behind it. That is the role we take on: from the website through automation to the laptop that has to be ready on Monday.

Principles
Four principles that shape our work.
- Understandable rather than impressive
- Technical terms help nobody who has to make a decision. We explain what we do in sentences you can repeat in a meeting.
- Sober rather than euphoric
- A great deal is promised around AI in particular. We also say when something is not worth it, even when we could earn from it.
- Start small, expand cleanly
- An undertaking in stages costs less and fails less often than the all-encompassing project that breaks against reality after a year.
- Stay reachable
- Whoever calls us reaches someone who knows their environment. That is unspectacular and, in an emergency, the most important thing of all.
