Common questions
How do we know whether AI is worth it for us at all?
Through a short assessment: we look at where time goes into recurring text work, how well your data is prepared and how error-tolerant the process may be. That usually produces two or three use cases with realistic value — and several we advise against.
What happens to our data?
We clarify that before the first experiment. It matters whether a service only processes your documents or may reuse them for training. We choose providers and settings so business data does not flow into external training, and record in writing which data goes where.
What if the AI produces wrong results?
It will, which is why we build in controls. For cases with consequences — quotes, invoices, contracts — human approval stays in the process. For uncritical tasks, spot checks are enough. You decide which error rate is acceptable, not the technology.
